HOORAAAAYYYYY!!

Today I got my review w/ evil bitch-boss. I actually scored "consistently surpasses expectations!" I know.. shocker!

As if that were not enough, I no longer report to her. I'm back to reporting to my old boss, who is now reporting to the evil-bitch boss's boss. Actually, evil bitch boss is losing all subordinates except one. So, only one person in the entire department reports to her. The rest of us report to the V.P.

I'm so happy about that. I had missed working for Kathy. She and I had always gotten along, because we can easily communicate with each other.

I hope this means a little less personal conflict in the department. I really needed a little less so that I could finish out my degree.
