Dear Bubba

I just completed a piece of communication that was a full-color, personalized letter (approved by a Top Executive of the company). I printed out over 350 of these and sent them up for his signature. Mind you, it took forever to print this job and a lot of auditing on my part. So Mr. Bigshot says "I don't want these to say 'Dear John Smith', I want them to say 'Dear (insert nickname):'..." First of all, I spent a good amount of time working w/ the Director of PR on these, secondly, NICKNAMES ARE NOT IN THE SYSTEM!!! So now I'm tracking down over 300 nicknames and have to reprint the f'ing things by tomorrow. "Dear Bubba..."
