Don't, Don't You Want Me?

Why is it so difficult to find a new job? I've been looking on all of the job sites and can't seem to find anything of value. I used to think that I could just get a job anywhere and it would be better than where I'm at. Now, I'm to the point where it has to pay a decent amount and be a comfortable environment.

I really wish there was a cool, diverse, company in the area that I could get into. I don't really know enough people to get a job in Pittsburgh. In case you aren't familiar, Pittsburgh is a very in-bred town that only likes to give jobs to relatives and friends. It's not really what you know, it's who you know. What's sad about that is that, in my position, no one except my bosses know that I do what I do. They all know I do a kick-ass job, but they won't help me get out...they want me around too much.

Just some things to think about.

So, if any of you know of any places in the 'burgh that are hiring talented, creative, and fun people...feel free to send them my way. I'd love to have a little change.
