Homework

Done! YAY! Now I just have to show up to two more classes (Wednesday & Saturday) and then I'm off until late May.

Today I wasn't feeling too well when the alarm went off, so I just decided that I would call off and go back to sleep. I woke up with that splitting sinus headache and sore throat that I knew would get worse if I got up. So, I said F' it and went back to bed and feel much better now.

While I was off, I made this wonderful pork roast that tasted sooooo good. The recipe just wasn't working for me, so I made my own little changes:

AUTUMN PORK ROAST (IN CROCK POT)

2-3 lb. pork roast
Salt & pepper
1/2 can cranberry sauce
1/8 c. honey
1 T. Orange Juice
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooking crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (or high for 5 hours). Makes 3 to 4 servings.
