Just Another Manic Monday

Everwood was pretty good tonight, although I must say that Ephram needs a haircut. Yeah, yeah, I'm being picky. Anywho. Now I'm watching some more demon children on Super Nanny. This really makes me want to have a couple of kids just to prove that I can do better. I really hope a lot of parents out there are watching and learning.

At dinner the other night, Holly's demon sister was bitching about Super Nanny. She was saying that the children were so horrible and that she didn't understand how the nanny could help. I told her that it was the parents that created the bad behavior and that they needed to change. Of course, she didn't want to hear it. It makes me wonder how many parents out there truly believe that their children just happen to be little monsters at no fault of their own. ::sigh::

Though I'm not a parent, one thing that I can say about child rearing is that I've tended to have good luck with children. For some reason, they seem to listen to me. I give so much credit to my former boss and mentor at the clinic, Nurse Jane. She taught me a lot about dealing with children.

Now if only that child-behavior stuff could help me get the cats to get along...I think I'd have better luck with the demon-children.

:g'night:

Oh my god, Maggie. Maggie, I am so sorry. I hope you will forgive me, but certainly I deserve my eyes scratched out. And Kira says you do it so well...
