I just got a call that caused a pause...

"Hello, is this Scott?"

"Yes?"

"Hi, this is Rochelle from Dial America. We got your resume off of hotjobs and were wondering if you'd found your dream job yet?"

"This is Dial America???"

"Yes sir."

Things that went through my head:
  1. Are you on Crack???
  2. No shit? Dial America!
  3. Am I being Punked?
  4. Dream job? Dream Job??? What the hell is your idea of a nightmare job??

Instead, I said:

"I'm sorry, I'm not interested in telemarketing."

"Thank you for your time"
