I'm spinning around

Much love goes out to Kylie -- I wish her a full and speedy recovery.

Sorry I've been lax these past few days. I just can't seem to get my ass up and on to doing anything productive. Well, aside from shopping...

I bought Kira a new Powder Room. First of all, you have to see this thing; it looks like a little kitty sauna. Secondly, You have to push a button to "flush"...and that comes complete with whirling action. Once you've pushed the button, the entire basin starts to spin around in a clockwise motion. Then, the little rake slowly moves out towards the center of the box. It then takes off over the edge of the box as this trap door opens on the side of the unit. It then dumps it into the trap, and completely reverses the motion until the rake is secure in its original position.

Now, let's get into the reaction... This thing makes a loud whirring noise as it goes through the process of eliminating the waste. This, of course, causes both cats to come running in to see what the hell is going on. Kira looks horrified as her poop and pee-clumps are lifted from the box and deposited down the trap.

So far it has worked ok, except that sometimes the stuff doesn't all dump out of the crap in the little rake which requires a little bump as it's moved over the trapdoor. The jury is still out, though. I will give it a little more time to see if it was a sound purchase or if it's something that I need to exchange for the box that automatically starts the elimination process.

It worked! How shifty!

Please report back about Kira's box (heh, you said box. Now *I* said Box! lol, you made me say box! Thrice!)

Might get one for Jakers...
