Poop

I called JVC again today. My goal was to get a tracking number on the package so that I could make sure I receive the unit in one piece. Unfortunately, I was told that it'd not yet been shipped. Upon voicing my dissatisfaction I was told that it could take 2-3 weeks for them to replace.

Well, those that know me know that I didn't let that rest. I called again and chewed some poor guy, Ralph, a new asshole. I explained that this was totally unacceptable and that I was going to send future business elsewhere. He then put me on hold, came back, and promised me that I'd get my new unit in 3 days.

Am I happy? Yes and No. I shouldn't have to push that hard to get good service. I really am turned off on JVC. Yep. They suck.
