I won't fear love

Tonight was my fourth Sarah McLachlan concert and it was f'ing incredible. She was gorgeous, the performance was flawless, and it was well worth the 6-year wait to see her again.

She did lots of her standards and new stuff spanning the past 3 studio albums (Fumbling, Mirrorball, and Afterglow) as well as "I Will Remember You" (from the Brothers McMullen soundtrack), "Blackbird" (from the I Am Sam soundtrack), and Peter Gabriel's "Solsbury Hill".

The opening band, The Perishers were also very good. I ran out to the concourse w/ Manda to get their cd and meet the band. Let me just say, they were truly humble and sweet. Their cd is great too..kind of a mellow Gin Blossoms or more grounded Toad the Wet Sprocket.

All in all... it was a great night!
