Just be close at hand

Tonight was the final competition night of Idol. Both did well. . . I still fancy Carrie, under the proviso that she warms up a bit more. She's still a slight bit on the mechanical side.

What the fuck is with the soundtracks of my shows lately??? Huh??? House is ending with the Stones' "You can't always get what you want." Last night Everwood started with Natalie Merchant's tear-jerker, "Beloved Wife." I mean really, what are they doing to me? I get so emotional over certain songs. Damnit!

Although, the Stones is an improvement over the previous scene where Dr. House shoved a needle into this poor guy's bladder...very quickly and brutally. Mucho Fun-ness.
