Circuit City pt. II

Today I contacted the executive offices at Circuit City. Apparently stupidity starts at the top and rolls downhill. Call it "trickle-down ignorance." Anywho, they didn't really see anything major with my problem and told me that they would allow me to cancel the warranty.

Like I've said before, I'm not asking for them to do anything outrageous...I just want them to deliver on their promises; DWYSYW. DO WHAT YOU F'ING SAID YOU WOULD. F'ers.

So, I've written a letter to their CEO and faxed it to them. I told them that I would post their response on my blog, so make it good. We shall see if they even respond...probably not. Ignorant bastards.

CIRCUIT CITY SUCKS! Their EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN SUCKS!!
