Gayer 'n X-mas

Today was an open house, so J was up at an ungodly hour cleaning the house. He cleaned from probably 8 a.m. until 12:30 so that the house would be in great condition for the Open House. So we did our part for the open house. It would be nice if our realtor did hers. There was little advertising on the open house 3 signs placed 5 minutes before the thing started and an ad in today's paper (a TINY little spot). Needless to say, only NO people showed up. What the fuck?

How the hell is she supposed to sell the house if she doesn't try? What the hell?? Why does she get 6% of the selling price if she's not trying to do some work? I think not! That's just f'ed.
